A board for On Tap / Draft List: brewery, beer, ABV, price. Rotates the full list and each pint. Same source as the printed menu.

Print menus
Download a print-ready PDF from WordPress or the phone app. Paper size is configurable. Allergen sheet stays off the paper if you want it on a QR instead.
Host stand
Table management on a tablet: seat the party, stations, covers, turns. Not OpenTable. Not a diner marketplace.
Line / expo
Kitchen or expo tablet: table sits, order in, food out. Timestamps stay if someone taps the wrong button.
Hide vs 86
Hide = not offered. 86 = sold out, still on the board. Matches service, not a CMS checkbox.

Setup is not required. On-site visits, full menu typing, and extra domains are quoted separately.
Pay setup ($250)How it adds up: Menus or Floor is $300/year per website. Both is $450/year — one bill, not two subscriptions. Optional setup is $250 once. Hardware is yours. Another restaurant on another domain needs its own annual license.
Installation
Same WordPress upload you already know. License key decides whether you see Menus, Floor, or both.
Upload the plugin
WordPress → Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin. Choose the L5 Board zip (or the current MenuX / SeatX zip if that is what you were given).
Activate
Turn the plugin on. Database tables and tokens are created for the capabilities on your key.
Paste the license key
Settings → License. That ties the domain to Menus, Floor, or both and clears the unlicensed watermark.
Build the list / the room
Menus: categories and items (phone or WordPress). Floor: tables, sections, staff, layout on the host tablet.
Put it on devices
Add the menu to a page. Open tablet, TV, slides, host, or line URLs. Lock those devices if you run them all night.
The stand and the boards. Your server.
